1. What this site is

EmpireSporePlus is a curated showcase of online fantasy and MMO realms. We describe each realm in our own words, link to its publisher, and may earn a referral if you create an account through one of our affiliate links. We do not sell game licenses, run game servers, or process in-game purchases ourselves.

2. Eligibility

To use this site you must be at least 18 years old and legally entitled to read about and access the games we feature in your jurisdiction. By browsing you confirm that both of these statements are true. If they are not, close the tab.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• scrape, mirror, or republish the editorial content of this site without prior written permission;
• attempt to access internal directories, administrative routes or non-public APIs;
• send automated traffic, spam our contact form or chat, or attempt to overwhelm the server;
• impersonate another visitor, the Council, or any publisher we feature.

4. Affiliate disclosure

Some outbound "Play Now" links are tagged with our affiliate identifier. If you sign up at the destination, the publisher may pay us a small referral fee. The fee does not change the price you pay or the offer you receive. We never override a publisher's official sign-up flow with our own — our identifier rides on top, never around.

5. Editorial independence

Affiliate revenue does not buy a spot in our shortlist. The Council vetoes any title that fails our hands-on test, regardless of how much referral money it would earn. If a featured publisher pressures us about coverage, we leave the partnership and remove the realm.

6. Intellectual property

The text, illustrations, code and visual identity of this site belong to EmpireSporePlus. Game titles, logos and key art belong to their respective publishers and are used here only to identify the realms we describe. No trademark license is granted or implied. If you are a rights-holder and believe we have misused your mark, write to us and we will respond within ten business days.

7. Content accuracy

We make a sincere effort to keep ratings, descriptions and links accurate, but realms change. A patch can break a beloved quest line, a publisher can change its monetisation overnight, a server can shut down. The information on this site is offered "as is" without warranty of currentness or fitness for any specific purpose. Before you commit money or hours to a realm, confirm the current state on the publisher's official site.

8. Third-party links and games

This site links to game publishers, app stores and reference resources outside our control. Their terms and privacy policies apply to your use of those resources. We are not responsible for their content, security, refund policies, account suspensions, or any in-game disputes.

9. User-submitted content

When you write to us through the contact form or chat, you grant us permission to read your message, reply to it, and store it for twelve months as described in our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of what you write. Do not send us anything confidential or anything you do not own the rights to.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EmpireSporePlus and the Council are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive loss arising from your use of this site, the realms we feature, or the affiliate links we publish. Where Australian consumer-protection law or other mandatory rules apply, they remain in force.

11. Suspension and termination

We may restrict access to the site or to specific features (the chat, the contact form) without notice if we detect abuse, attempts to compromise the site, or activity that violates these terms. Restrictions are lifted once the issue is resolved.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Where you are a consumer in Australia or the European Union, mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence remain available to you.

13. Updates

We may update these terms when we add or remove features. The "effective" date at the top of this page tracks the latest version. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the new version.
